- Cancellations by Students:
- Students may cancel their registration for any course within 7 days of enrollment, provided the course has not yet started. If the course has already begun, students should contact our support team to explore available options.

- Cancellations by Veda Vigyan Vishwaguru:
- We may cancel any course due to insufficient enrollment, instructor illness, or unforeseeable events. Affected students will be notified promptly and offered the choice to enroll in a future course or receive a full refund.
Refund Policy
- Eligibility for Refunds:
- Full refunds are provided for cancellations made within the 7-day enrollment window before the course's scheduled start.
- Full refunds are issued if we cancel a course, regardless of when the cancellation occurs.
- Refunds are generally not granted once a course has started, except under exceptional circumstances, evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
- Please note that course fees are non-refundable once paid, except in circumstances where the course is canceled by Veda Vigyan Vishwaguru or as permitted under exceptional circumstances.
- Processing Refunds:
- Refunds are processed within 30 days of a valid cancellation request and returned via the original payment method. For instance, payments made by credit card will be refunded to the same card.
- Note that service charges or processing fees associated with registration or payment are not refundable.
